TENDER RESPONSES

We work with in-house business development teams or in conjunction with management teams to ensure tender submissions are prepared on time and are of the highest quality - meeting and exceeding assessment criteria.

We prepare all aspects of tender submissions including service delivery plans, financial modelling and pricing strategies, proof of past performance and capacity, case studies, capability statements, resumes, policies and procedures.

We communicate value propositions clearly, regardless of the complexity of underlying information.

GRANT APPLICATIONS

We identify suitable grant opportunities for small businesses and start-ups and work with owners and advisors to prepare compelling grant submissions together with supporting documentation, including assessing funding requirements.

We prepare supporting documentation including articulation of opportunities, suitability for support and other information required for grant support.

We have worked with clients to research and apply for a range of opportunities including:

- The Accelerating Commercialisation grant program (and other support available under the Entrepreneurs' Program)

- the Export Market Development Grant

- funding from private organisations and trusts

- local state and territory / local industry opportunities

- opportunities for collaboration with tertiary institutions including incubator and mentoring programs.
